Capitol Event Catering is a full  off premise catering company offering Event Planning for Home, Office and Special Events. Our Event Director will consult with you on all the aspects of your event including, the menu design, beverages, event staff, full rentals, specialty furniture, customized tents, venue & site selection, décor, AV, valet and/or security.  We will devise the event concept, plan the logistics and coordinate all the aspects to create and develop a detailed budget outline.
